Final project pricing is confirmed in your proposal after we understand the full scope — and we always agree the full price before any work begins.

BoldCrafter collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact pages, project enquiry forms, or direct email communications. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your project requirements. We do not collect payment card data — all payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not track you across unaffiliated websites, and we do not buy or sell your personal data to third parties.

BoldCrafter uses only the following categories of cookies: Strictly Necessary Cookies (required for the website to function — such as session management and security-related cookies), Performance Cookies (Google Analytics, which collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site), and Functional Cookies (optional cookies that remember your preferences, such as cookie consent choices). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on BoldCrafter.

Your complaint should include: your name and contact details, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) the issue occurred, and what outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.

BoldCrafter operates under a written project proposal and terms of service that are provided to every client before work begins. The proposal outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and any specific conditions relevant to your project. By confirming the proposal (either digitally or in writing), you agree to our terms of service. We do not begin work without a signed or confirmed proposal. Our terms cover project scope, payment obligations, intellectual property transfer, revisions policy, and termination conditions.
